Return Policy

Inspect at Delivery

•You can inspect your order in front of the courier before accepting it
•If anything is wrong — wrong item, damage, or any other issue — refuse the delivery on the spot
•Contact us on WhatsApp right away so we can resolve it

After Acceptance

Once you have inspected the order and accepted it from the courier, the sale is final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery is accepted.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges follow the same rule as returns: they are only possible if you refuse the order at the moment of delivery. After the order is accepted, exchanges are not possible.

Refused Orders

•All orders are Cash on Delivery, so you pay nothing if you refuse the order at delivery
•Once you pay the courier and accept the order, the sale is final
