Refund Policy

1. Inspect at Delivery

You can inspect your order in front of the courier before accepting it. If anything is wrong — wrong item, damage, or any other issue — refuse the delivery on the spot and contact us on WhatsApp right away.

2. No Returns After Acceptance

Once you have inspected the order and accepted it from the courier, the sale is final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery is accepted, including claims for damage.

3. Refused Orders

• All orders are Cash on Delivery, so you pay nothing if you refuse the order at delivery
• Once you pay the courier and accept the order, the sale is final and no refund is possible
